These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ITLCoin ITL redemption service (the "Service"). By submitting a redemption request, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

The Service allows holders of ITL to redeem their tokens for USDT. To use the Service, you send your ITL to our designated redemption address, provide a BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) wallet address to receive your USDT payout, and upload proof of your transfer. Requests are reviewed and verified manually before payout is issued.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use cryptocurrency-related services under the laws of your jurisdiction to use the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable local law, including any restrictions on virtual digital assets.

3. Redemption Rate

The redemption rate is fixed at 1 ITL = 2 USDT for the current redemption round. This rate applies to requests submitted and verified while the round is active. We may revise the rate for future rounds at our discretion, without affecting requests already submitted.

4. Your Responsibilities

• You must ensure the BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) wallet address you provide is correct and capable of receiving USDT. We are not responsible for funds lost due to an incorrect or incompatible address.
• You must send ITL only from a wallet and network you control, and only tokens that belong to you.
• You must provide genuine, unaltered proof of your transfer. Submitting falsified or misleading proof is prohibited and may result in your request being rejected and reported to relevant authorities.

5. Payout Timeline

Redemption requests are reviewed manually. We aim to process verified requests promptly, but timelines are estimates only and not a guaranteed service level. Payout may be delayed for additional verification, high volume, or technical reasons.

6. Risk Disclosure

Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed. Digital assets are subject to price volatility, regulatory change, and technical risk. By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept these risks. We are not liable for losses arising from blockchain network issues, incorrect wallet addresses, sending on the wrong network, or market fluctuations.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Service to:

• Submit fraudulent, forged, or stolen proof of transfer
• Launder funds or facilitate any illegal transaction
• Use the Service on behalf of a third party without authorization
• Violate any applicable sanctions, export control, or anti-money-laundering law

We may refuse, delay, or reverse-verify any request we reasonably suspect violates these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ITLCoin and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including losses related to blockchain transactions, market value changes, or delays in processing.

9. Termination

We may suspend or discontinue the Service, or decline to process a specific request, at our discretion — including where we suspect fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

11. Changes to These Terms
